How much does a website cost at Cliko?
A custom small-business website costs between €750 and €1,200, paid once. The exact amount is set in a free quote before any work starts: it depends on the number of pages and the work they need. No compulsory subscription.

What the price includes
Everything you need to have a website online that looks like your business, without managing anything yourself:
- A design made for your business, not a template filled in on a production line.
- A site that reads well on phone, tablet and desktop: the layout is rethought for each screen.
- The three languages of Brussels: English, French and Dutch.
- Buying and managing the domain name and hosting. The domain stays yours: we transfer it to you if you leave.
- The launch, then small updates (text, photos, opening hours, prices): you send us a message, we handle it, with a reply within 24 business hours.
What moves the price between €750 and €1,200
The price goes up with the number of pages and what they need to show. A well-built single page for a tradesperson sits at the low end. A restaurant with a detailed menu, a gallery and an events page, or a hotel with one page per room, sits closer to the top.
Anything beyond a brochure site (connecting an external tool, a special feature) is in the quote before you sign. Online sales, online payments and customer accounts get a separate quote.
Why no monthly subscription?
Because most small businesses do not need one. You pay for the build once. A recurring fee only makes sense if you later add a feature that requires one, and in that case we tell you in writing beforehand.
How this compares with the market
Comparisons published in 2026 put a brochure website built by a freelancer at €800 to €3,000, and by a traditional agency at €2,000 to €15,000. There are also €300 or €400 offers, usually built on a standard template. Cliko deliberately sits in between: genuinely custom work at a price a neighbourhood business can afford. The full breakdown is in our guide to restaurant website costs.
How we get to the quote
- 01

You get a quote
A fixed price for the build, agreed before work starts. You know everything before you sign.
- 03
We build
You watch the site take shape and ask for changes until you are happy with it.
- 04
Launch
The remaining 60% is due at that point, not before.
Frequently asked questions
Are there hidden costs?
No. The quote fixes the price of the build before work starts. If you later ask for something that was not in it, we price the addition before doing it.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
40% on order, 60% at launch. You only pay the balance once the site is finished and live.
Are all three languages included?
Yes: the site is built in English, French and Dutch. Why that matters in Brussels is explained in our guide to multilingual websites.
What if I want to stop one day?
We transfer the domain name to you and hand over the site files. You are not locked in. See also who owns your website.
